Estimates and Quotes

We provide free estimates for all fence projects. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue and are subject to change based on material costs, site conditions, or project modifications.

Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals from your homeowners association or local authorities.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement. Typically, we require:

• A deposit before work begins (amount specified in your quote)
• Progress payments for larger projects
• Final payment upon project completion and your satisfaction

We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in your service agreement.

Project Timeline and Changes

We will provide an estimated timeline for your project. While we strive to meet all deadlines, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions.

Any changes to the original scope of work must be agreed upon in writing and may result in adjusted pricing and timelines. We will notify you of any significant delays as soon as possible.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. All installations come with a workmanship warranty as specified in your project agreement. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturers and will be honored according to their terms.

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, natural disasters, or modifications made by others. Regular maintenance is your responsibility and may be required to maintain warranty coverage.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe and clear access to the work area. This includes:

• Removing or relocating personal items, plants, or decorations from the work area
• Ensuring pets are secured during our work hours
• Providing access to water and electricity if needed
• Notifying us of any underground utilities or sprinkler systems

Liability and Insurance

UrbanBarrier Palm Springs Fencing is fully licensed and insured. We carry general liability insurance and workers compensation coverage for all our employees.

We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that are not properly marked or disclosed. You are responsible for having utility lines marked before work begins through your local utility locating service.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your project before work begins with written notice. Deposits may be refundable subject to expenses already incurred, such as custom materials ordered or permits obtained.

Once work has begun, cancellation may result in charges for completed work, materials, and labor according to the terms in your project agreement.

Dispute Resolution

We are committed to your satisfaction. If any issues arise during or after your project, please contact us immediately so we can address your concerns.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct communication will be handled according to California state law and the jurisdiction of Riverside County courts.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
